Nondiscrimination and Sexual Harassment Policy

Pipeline Playwrights is committed to equity, diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility and will not tolerate unlawfuldiscrimination or harassment of any kind.

We strive to create and maintain a work space in which people are treated with dignity, decency, and respect and an absence of intimidation, oppression, exploitation or harassment.

We intentionally work to break down barriers to creating, producing, and attending theater, including those barriersbased on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability, age, and socio-economic status.

Our mission includes amplifying voices that have been historically under-represented and under-resourced in the theater, and we strive to incorporate anti-racist, anti-sexist, and anti-ageist practices across all aspects of our work.
